What types of delivery are available?

You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Standard delivery: home delivery in 2-4 working days for €5.90 (free for orders over €50)
  • Relay point delivery: delivery in 3-4 working days to a relay point for €4.90 (free for purchases over €39)
  • Express delivery: home delivery in 1 working day for €13.20

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched within 24 hours (while stocks last).

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, including the carrier tracking number.

How to modify my delivery address?

Log in to your La Crique customer account, then click on the "My account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the site.

Then click on "View addresses" under "Account details", then on "Edit" to modify your address, or on "Add a new address" to create a new one.

You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".

Returns:

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your products, you have 14 days following receipt of the products to return them. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Promotional gifts delivered with the products must also be returned to this address with this message by email or post:

"For the attention of LA CRIQUE, parc d'Activité Saint Antoine, boulevard Jules Sébastianelli- 13011 Marseille - information@lacriquebeauty.com : I/We (*) hereby notify you of my/our (*) withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following goods (*)/provision of services (*): ordered on (*)/received on (*): name of consumer(s): address of consumer(s): signature of consumer(s) (only in the case of notification of this form on paper): date: (*) delete as appropriate.
