What types of delivery are available?

  • Standard delivery: home delivery in 2-4 working days for €5.90 (free for orders over €50)
  • Point relais delivery: delivery in 3-5 working days to a point relais for €4.90 (free for purchases over €39).
  • Express delivery: home delivery within 1 working day for €13.20

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, including the carrier tracking number.
If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact customer service:

How do I change or add a delivery address?

Log in to your La Crique customer account, then click on the "My account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the site.

Then click on "View addresses" under "Account details", then on "Edit" to modify your address, or on "Add a new address" to create a new one.

You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".

Returns :

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your products, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to return them. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been opened or used. Promotional gifts delivered with the products must also be returned to us at this address, accompanied by this message by email or post:

"For the attention of LA CRIQUE, Parc d'Activité Saint Antoine, Boulevard Jules Sébastianelli– 13011 Marseille – information@lacriquebeauty.com: I/we (*) hereby notify you (*) of my/our (*) withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods (*)/for the provision of services (*) below: ordered on (*)/received on (*): name of consumer(s): address of consumer(s): signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): date: (*) delete as appropriate.
